Brocton, Village of

The village of Brocton is located on the central shores of Lake Erie in Chautauqua County, between Dunkirk and Westfield. Home to the Brocton Arch, located in downtown Brocton, it has recently been placed on the State and National Registry of Historical Buildings. This arch was constructed in 1913 to commemorate The Town of Portland Centennial. It is believed to be the only double arch east of the Mississippi.
